This presentation provides a thorough overview of Early Intervention services (ages Birth to 3) in New York City—how it's designed, what to expect, how to access it, understanding evaluations and eligibility, and how individualized family service plans (IFSP) are developed. Families will also be equipped and empowered with strategies to advocate for and create meaningful supports, relationships, and partnerships with Early Intervention team members should their child be eligible to receive services.
Esta presentación dará un resumen completo sobre los servicios del programa de Intervención Temprana (edades de Nascimiento hasta 3 años) en la Ciudad de Nueva York—como es diseñado, que puede uno esperar, como accederlo, entiendo las evaluaciones y como el plan individualizado para servicio familiar se desarrolla.
