Understanding and managing difficult behaviors: a focus on children with ASD / comprender y manejar los comportamientos difíciles: un enfoque en los niños con TEA

Presenters will share theory and resources for managing difficult behaviors in children. While the presentation shares resources relative to all children, there will also be a particular focus on managing behaviors related to children with ASD. Participants will be asked to share difficult behaviors that they are encountering at home with the presenters to brainstorm effective solutions.
 
Los presentadores compartirán teoría y recursos para manejar comportamientos difíciles en los niños. Si bien la presentación comparte recursos relativos a todos los niños, también habrá un enfoque particular en el manejo de los comportamientos relacionados con los niños con TEA. Se les pedirá a los participantes que compartan con los presentadores los comportamientos difíciles que están encontrando en casa para generar ideas sobre soluciones eficaces.
