Waiver Programs

Home and Community Based Services, commonly referred to as Waiver services are funded by Medicaid for people with disabilities. Waiver services must include service coordination and may include housing, residential habilitation, day habilitation, respite, environmental modifications, and adaptive devices. Waiver services are individualized according to the program participant's valued outcomes and written in an individualized service plan (ISP).
