Las familias que residen en Manhattan con niños o adultos con rezago o impedimentos del desarrollo pueden contar con servicios de apoyo para proveerles un tiempo de descanso durante el día, la noche y los fines de semana. Los consumidores serán atendidos fuera del hogar para brindarles a las familias un tiempo de descanso o para que puedan hacer gestiones personales o atender una situación de emergencia.
