Tier II-Homeless Housing

Sinergia operates a Tier II Program, which is transitional housing for homeless families of individuals with developmental disabilities. It is operated under the Division of Homeless Services (DHS).

Sinergia's Housing Division also operates an innovative program funded by the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) which provides housing advocacy and home finding assistance to low-income families with family members who are developmentally disabled.
