Waiver Programs

Home and Community Based Services, commonly referred to as Waiver services are funded by Medicaid for people with disabilities. Waiver services must include service coordination and may include housing, residential habilitation, day habilitation, respite, environmental modifications, and adaptive devices. Waiver services are customized according to the program participant's valued outcomes and his or her individualized service plan (ISP).
