Tier II Shelter and Housing Advocacy

Sinergia, Inc. operates a Tier II Program, which is transitional housing for homeless families who have members that are developmentally disabled. It is operated under the Division of Homeless Services (DHS).

Sinergia also operates two innovative Housing Advocacy Programs funded by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR). We provide services such as,housing advocacy and home finding assistance to low-income families who have members that are developmentally disabled.
