The Center for Disease Control (CDC) have released two publications that discuss developmental milestones for infants & toddlers (2 months-5 years) in order to help mothers detect emerging developmental issues (e.g. autism.) It also includes activities that mothers can do with babies and toddlers that promote learning and growing along with warning signs that should be reported to their pediatricians.
